Pékin dénonce les « opérations psychologiques » du Pentagone contre les vaccins chinois

Le 14 juin dernier, une enquête de Reuters a révélé qu’au printemps 2020, l’armée américaine avait mené une campagne de désinformation sur les réseaux sociaux aux Philippines. Sous l’administration Trump, le Pentagone a mené une opération de dénigrement des vaccins chinois Sinovac(aussi appelés CoronaVac) sur les réseaux sociaux philippins pendant la pandémie de Covid-19, de l’été 2020 au printemps 2021. Près de 300 faux comptes auraient été créés sur Twitter, Facebook et Instagram. Dans un communiqué publié lundi, l’ambassade de Chine aux Philippines a exprimé son indignation et appelle à « une correction immédiate de ces mensonges et pratiques erronées » de la part des Etats-Unis.
